How far in advance should I make a reservation?
It is best to make your reservation as early as possible as your booking is subject to equipment availability.  For last minute bookings (same day), please phone us to ensure delivery.

Do you deliver/ship?
Yes, we deliver to all resorts, hotels, apartments, holiday houses, caravan parks and private houses on the Sunshine Coast from Pelican Waters in the south, to Noosa in the north, and west to Maleny.  We also deliver to the Sunshine Coast airport.

What does SHIPPING include?

Our shipping rates are inclusive of delivery and collection for your hire period.

We offer flat rates for various zones on the Sunshine Coast. If you can't find your location please contact us for a quote.

Can you deliver to one location and pickup from another?
Yes, we can deliver and pickup anywhere on the Sunshine Coast - just let us know the details and we'll make it happen.

If I hire a car from the Sunshine Coast airport, can I hire a car seat from you?
Yes, we would deliver the car seat to the airport and install it into your rental car prior to your arrival, and collect from the airport on your departure.

I need carseats to go into a hire car at the Sunshine Coast airport, and other hire items as well, how does that work?
We can either deliver everything to the airport, install the carseat/s, and leave the other items in the car boot if they are smaller items (porta cot, toy box, etc.), or we can deliver the carseat/s to the airport and the other items to your accommodation.  If booking online for this service: SPLIT SHIPPING the accommodation details will be entered into the delivery section and the airport delivery request and car hire company can be entered in the additional information section.

What is included in the SHIPPING rate?
The shipping rate includes delivery and collection to and from your requested location/s.  If you require us to move your hire items to new accommodation mid way through your stay then this will incur an additional charge.  We deliver to the shipping address provided in your booking, and to the room number allocated to you by the resort (if applicable).  If you choose to move rooms after delivery, it is up to you to move the hire items between rooms.

Can I collect the equipment from your office?
Yes, collection from our home based office is by appointment only.  Our address will be forwarded on receipt of your booking requesting this option.

What time can I collect equipment from your office?
Collection from our office is by appointment only. We will endeavour to accommodate your preferred collection time. Please indicate this on checkout page.

What time can equipment be delivered ?
For delivery to resorts and managed apartments, we aim to deliver prior to your arrival, and no later than one hour after your arrival. Eg: between 10-2pm
We will gladly contact your private rental to ask for access prior to check in and after check out. Please add this at checkout

PLEASE NOTE: We aim to deliver prior to your arrival as travel delays with Airlines and the Bruce Highway are troublesome. We deliver all over the Sunshine Coast and can encounter traffic delays ourselves.

What time is the hire equipment collected?
For bookings to accommodation and return to our location, 

THE HIRE PERIOD ENDS AT 10AM unless organised by prior arrangement. 

For all other bookings, for example car seats to rental companies, we can flexible with the return time but this must be indicated on checkout

Afternoon collections are subject to availability and are not guaranteed and must be organised prior to hire period commencing.

PLEASE BE ADVISED EXTENSIONS ARE NOT ALWAYS POSSIBLE. OTHER BOOKINGS FOR ITEMS TAKE PRIORITY.

What are your office hours?
Office hours are: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm;  Saturday 9am-1pm;

Sunday 9am - 12pm.

Please note our office is closed Public Holidays and our calendar will reflect this closure for deliveries.

Are the rates per night or for the hire period?
The rates quoted under each item are for the hire period.

Do I pay a deposit or bond?
No deposit or bond is required, however, full payment is due prior to delivery.

Can you install a car seat if I hire one?
Yes, we are trained and accredited restraint professionals (ACRI). Car seat installation is included in the hire cost.

Do the porta cots come with an extra mattress?
No, in accordance with Australian Safety Standard recommendations, we do not supply an extra mattress with our porta cots.

Do you purchase secondhand baby equipment?
No, all of our baby equipment is purchased brand new and meets Australian Standards.

How is your equipment cleaned?
We maintain clean, hygienic equipment using environmentally sound products.  All linen is laundered in hot water and all equipment is checked and cleaned after each use.

Do I have to clean the equipment before I return it?
Although we thoroughly clean the equipment on its return from hire, if you are able to brush off sand and wipe off food, drink and sunsreen spills then this will greatly assist with the cleaning and be very much appreciated. 

What is your Cancellation Policy?
We know circumstances change so cancellations outside of 48 hours will not be charged.  We reserve the right to charge 50% of all charges if less than 48 hours notice of cancellation is given prior to the delivery date.  No refund will be given for cancellation after delivery.

What is your Refund Policy?
We are committed to our products and services.  As part of our stringent quality assurance process, all equipment is checked, counted and cleaned prior to delivery.  On delivery or collection you must notify us of any faults or missing items within 2 hours of receiving the equipment for hire.  We will rectify the problem immediately.  If you are not satisfied with either our products or sevice, please contact us!  We want you to be happy.

When are the delivery and collection times? 
Deliveries will be after 10am and collections are between 10-11am everyday.
